How does the 3-year Rent-to-Own plan work?
Choose your preferred sofa and pay through affordable monthly instalments. After completing the three-year contract, the sofa officially belongs to you.
Do I own the sofa after three years?
Yes. Once all payments under the three-year contract are completed, you will own the sofa.
How often is the free sofa cleaning provided?
MORIVA provides two complimentary sofa-cleaning services every year while your eligible plan remains active.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers eligible sofa issues according to MORIVA’s warranty terms and conditions. Contact our team for complete coverage details.
Is delivery and installation free?
Yes. Transportation, delivery and professional sofa installation are provided free of charge for eligible orders.
Can I purchase the sofa outright?
Yes. You can choose either our flexible Rent-to-Own plan or purchase your selected sofa with a one-time payment.
Can I change to a new sofa or design?
Yes. If you continue with an eligible contract after completing your current plan, you can enjoy continued cleaning benefits and select a new sofa or design.
Will I receive a replacement sofa during repairs?
Yes. A temporary replacement sofa will be provided free of charge while your sofa is undergoing eligible repairs or reupholstery.
Are small pillows included with the sofa?
Yes. Complimentary small pillows are included with eligible MORIVA sofa orders.
